Add a dedicated space for model/resource credits/cites/sources

If I make a model/lora/article, I want to be able to provide the relevant credits/cites/sources for my work. However, there really isnt a good way to do this.

I propose a new section much like the "Suggested Resources" exist but called "Credits/Cites/Sources", but this would have to be tied to the model version, rather than the entire model, as the sources for each model can change with the version.
