account upgrade for lossless storage of uploaed images

in light of the automatic png2jpg conversion happening currently to save space and bandwidth, i think there would be a market for an account upgrade to keep uploaded pngs in their lossless state. could be a bigger one time amount of buzz or a small monthly one. single payment would have the advantage for the buyer that they don't need to fear their images being converted if only one monthly fee is missed
