[Accessibility] - Better support for light theme

Those of us who use the light theme sometimes have difficulty reading the texts as people use colours very close to white in the text. It would be nice if when the white theme was enabled, the colour of those texts would be adapted to the theme. For example, they could be changed to a inverted color tone, just like in the images.
