Ability to manage suggested resources by links instead of just titles.

I would like the ability to manage suggested resources by links rather than the title. I'm sure eventually it will get harder to search for these resources, as there are many people who have the same model and some even having the same title. I think it would be easier to search if we just submit the civitai link. That way we will know it is always the resource we are searching and we don't grab the wrong one. As a creator on the site I find it sometimes hard to find what I am looking for if there are multiple models.
