Ability to install Custom Profile Background via Cosmetic shop

Currently profile backgrounds available in cosmetic shop neither interesting or represent me as a creator, not to mention that selection is fairly limited.

I would love to get ability to install profile background of my own making, that represents my artwork.

So here are the proposition: add in the cosmetic shop option to buy said ability with buzz. You can charge even more than currently charged for profile backgrounds, cuz I believe this will be a popular feature.
