Ability to block ratings on your model

As the title suggest this would allow you up uploading a model to disable ratings on it. This would of course not add any score to your ranking, likes, downloads or overall star rating.

I make experimental LoRA occasionally I want to share but I know they're sub-par compared to my other LoRA. I don't think it should be the case that I don't upload because I don't want to it to reflect on my account.

It would say somewhere on the screen something like 'this is an experimental model and may not work as intended. Rating have been disabled"
