A way to see Updated models more easily.

I'm not sure if I have something improperly checked but I never seem to get notified when a model is updated by its creator. I always have to go back every 2-3 days and just glance over their model pages to make sure I see anything that's moved to the top of their list (sorted by new) that didn't pop up in my feed.

It would be really nice to get a notification for these, and it would also be really cool if there was a specific section to check models by creators you follow and sort by "Recently Updated".
