Better tag system for image posts

The civitai website has an automated tag system yet expects the user to manually fill in tags. When the user does fill in tags the "trending tags" are recommended.

I would prefer to just get a bunch of automatic tags for my post which I can then add or remove as I please, followed by adding any custom tags I see fit.

TLDR: Upload image(s) -> get Automatic tags -> edit tags (optional) -> Post everything
